Funnier Side of Google

It takes every utmost precautions in terms of user interface, security, personal data etc,. But do you know there is a funny and interesting aspect of Google too which keeps its users connected. It keeps on working on regular basis to make it extremely useful as well as something interesting.

These tricks have been made by one of the finest creative team. Practically it does not have any use and is meant only for fun. So lets get to the point and let me list some cool things about Google:

 1) Google Gravity

Try it: Type ‘google gravity’ without quotes in search box and press ‘I’m feeling lucky’ or click here to Have a look.
What it is: Google gravity is an experiment project by mrdoob.com. It acts as if all the elements are pulled towards gravity that is down, you can throw elements, play around with them. Remember to uncheck Google Instant Option in google settings to make it work.

 2) Google Tilt

Try it: Type ’tilt’ or ‘askew’ without quotes in search box and press enter or click here to Have a look.
What it is: As you type tilt and press enter you will observe that the screen is tilted to a certain angle. There is no animation in it but this itself looks quite different.

3) Google Barrel Roll

What it is: It rotates the search result page clockwise about its own axis. Just try and see the magic.

4) Google Sphere

What it is: Google sphere is an experiment project by mrdoob.com. It converts the page into a moving sphere with movement of your mouse. You can search images but results will also be in moving format.

5) Google Pirate

What it is:  People like talking in pirate language. So this is a tribute to pirates from Google where search terms will show up in interesting pirate language.  After searching instead of search results it shows up islands. Just give it a try to see the change.

What it is: It has a moving swirl in bottom where you can search for anything just by seeing it and visualizing what you want to search without even typing. Just check this cool feature out. Yes one more thing this was made by google on April fools day 2000.

What it is: As you know Google gets a new doodle every now and then on different ocassions. You can view all the doodles here by different categories like: location, year etc.

8) LMGTFY (Let me Google that for you)

What it is: It’s a real interesting trick for Google, suppose you want to send some search query and results to someone in an animated form its the trick for you. Just go this page type a query to search and then click search. On clicking search you will get a auto generated url which you can send to anyone for animated query search.

9) Google Les paul

What it is: It will show up an electric guitar celebrating the birthday of musician and inventor Les Paul. You can play a tune, record and send it to your friends.

10) Google translate beat box:

What it is: Beatbox is generating sounds of musical instruments from mouth. In google translate there is an option for listening to the query we have typed. But in some cases it produces a very nice beatbox music.
